Leadership of the Continental Security Agency

This release is constituted after the recent release of the amendments to the Issue of International Security.

This circular confirms the full leadership of the Continental Security Agency under the Personnel and Leadership Framework: the Cabinet and its Senior Counsel, the leadership of the twelve Cabinet departments, and the leadership of the CSA Judicial Service Commission and the Judiciary.

In each department, the Secretary leads the department, each Secretary of State leads one policy, each Deputy Secretary leads one part of a policy, and the Executive Director heads the career service of the department through the CSA Human Resources Commission.

Effect

This circular takes effect on the date of issue and supersedes every earlier list of CSA leadership. All departments, agencies, commissions and offices of the Continental Security Agency shall address correspondence and official business to the office holders named in this circular.
